Barack Obama was coming off a masterfully managed campaign – one of the greatest in history. Being in Europe on the eve of the election it seemed as if the entire world was juiced for Obama. At Barack Obama’s Inauguration you could feel zest and energy in the brisk winter air. It was a historical moment symbolizing a fresh start for America.

I have been patiently waiting and watching with the hope that everyone who believed in President Obama was right. In just 8 months, the hope has evaporated, the last drop of aspiration has been squeezed out of the hearts of people from around the world. I am officially calling it like it is America – we have a lemon in the White House.
